Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you use our contact form, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, phone number, preferred artist, message, and reference images. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations.

Information Collected Automatically

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers. It records page views, referrer, browser type, device type, and approximate country/region for the purpose of improving site performance.

We also use Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and collects page views, referrer, browser type, device type, and approximate location. We do not send your name, email, phone, or any form input to Google Analytics. You can review Google’s practices in their privacy policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on any site by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate this website:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — Website hosting, DNS, security, and analytics
• Google LLC — Analytics (Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager)
• Resend — Transactional email delivery for form submissions
• Cloudflare R2 — Temporary storage of reference images uploaded via our contact form (auto-deleted after 30 days)

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies:

• Google Analytics — _ga and _ga_* are set by Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage. They contain a randomly generated identifier and expire after up to two years.
• Cloudflare bot management — __cf_bm is a strictly necessary cookie set by Cloudflare to distinguish humans from bots. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we also use, does not set cookies and does not collect personal identifiers.

You can opt out of analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by enabling your browser’s “Do Not Track” or tracking-protection setting, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings.

Data Retention

Form submissions are retained in our email inbox only. Reference images uploaded via the contact form are automatically deleted from our storage after 30 days.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at fallenraventattoo@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time frame.

California Residents (CCPA)

We do not sell your personal information. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. Contact us at the email above to exercise your rights.

Children's Privacy

This website and our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. In accordance with South Carolina law, tattooing is prohibited for anyone under 18.

Security

We protect your information through SSL/TLS encryption, Cloudflare's web application firewall, and secure email delivery via Resend. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
